Demolition and Deconstruction is what we do. Our team operate using a combination of both traditional and innovative demolition methods in the industry which allows us to tackle the most technically challenging and environmentally sensitive projects.
We make a major contribution to sustainability and regeneration initiatives through the industry by reducing the amount of demolition waste going to landfills and maximising the percentage of materials recycled from demolition projects.
Our demolition services range from large commercial/industrial buildings through to residential houses.
Building soft strip-outs / end of lease remediation work
We offer an internal strip out/soft strip service for all building structures requiring refurbishment.
Our service includes, but is not limited to – Disconnection and removal of services, removal of suspended ceilings and floor coverings, asbestos removal, removal of non load bearing walls and partioning, removal of external facades and windows and removal of roofs and frameworks.
We pride ourselves on working within tight timeframes and will work with you to return a space back to its pre-lease conditions.
Tree removal / site clearance
Our fully qualified arborists have significant experience in removal of large and difficult tree removal. Whether the tree is dangerous or just in need of removal for future site development, we have the team to carefully remove the tree without damage to nearby buildings, powerlines, water pipes of other services.
Full removal of tree off the site is offered. Alternatively you can retain the tree for firewood or mulch supplies.
Our machinery can also offer a full site clearance and excavation service including swimming pool excavations and site clearing/shaping. We can handle most sites including tight or narrow sites with difficult access.

Contaminated material & ground remediation
If your site is found to be contaminated we can assist by arranging a site investigation and soil sampling to produce a Detailed Site Investigation (DSI) management plan (SMP) right through to excavating the contaminated ground under a Remediation Action Plan (RAP) whilst working to protect neighbouring sites and the wider environment.
Soil contaminants examples can be arsenic, lead, pesticides, petroleum, asbestos, creosote and hydrocarbons to name a few.
Our staff have innovative solutions to manage the excavation process and separate non contaminated earth ensuring only the contaminated ground goes off site for treatment.
Foundations/ driveways & General earthworks
Our team are experts in earthwork projects that include house footings, driveways and general residential and commercial excavation. All operatives are fully qualified and operate under strict Health and safety guidelines.
